Who We Are

Hopeline Institute is a social enterprise committed to empowering businesses and individuals through inclusive development. For over sixteen years, we have worked across Ghana to improve the capacity of over 156,000 entrepreneurs—80% of whom are women—by offering targeted business training, agribusiness support, access to capital, digital literacy, and advocacy.

At Hopeline Institute, our Projects Department leads the charge in transforming agricultural livelihoods through hands-on interventions, community partnerships, and value chain development. At Hopeline Institute, our Business Incubation & Development Centre is dedicated to equipping individuals and small businesses with the skills and tools needed to succeed. From entrepreneurship to Digital Skills and Intentional Market Linkage and access to capital, our training programs are designed to foster self-reliance, job creation, and sustainable business growth. Through targeted trainings and mentoring, we support people to take charge of their lives and livelihoods.
